Reservation policy

Cancellation windows, credits, and court assignment at the pickleball centre.

Reservations and cancellations

Reservation schedules are published on the 15th of each month for the following month.

Court reservations (1h, 2h, 3h)

No refunds and no schedule changes will be granted for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation.

Open Play

No refunds and no schedule changes will be granted if the cancellation is not made at least 48 hours before the start of the Open Play you are registered for.

Credit with a replacement

A credit may be granted — applicable only to court reservations or activities offered by Marcotte Sports — if you find a replacement who agrees to take your spot. Inform the centre as soon as possible at pickleballmarcottesports@gmail.com.

No voicemail cancellations

Cancellations submitted by voicemail will not be accepted. Contact the centre by email.

Court assignment

We will always do our best to accommodate your court preferences. However, court selection cannot be guaranteed.

Reassignment

Marcotte Sports reserves the right to reassign courts if necessary, in order to ensure efficient logistics and an optimal experience for all players.
